A one-day training camp was organised on March 19, 2026, in Khagaria for PACS chairpersons, trade association heads and cooperative managers, aimed at strengthening grassroots institutions and improving operational efficiency.
The programme witnessed participation from senior officials including Pramod Kumar, D S Singh, and representatives of Registrar Cooperative Societies Bihar and Information and Public Relations Department Bihar.
The training focused on enhancing administrative capabilities, promoting transparency, and equipping cooperative leaders with modern practices to improve service delivery. Emphasis was also laid on strengthening PACS operations and enabling better coordination among stakeholders.
Such initiatives are expected to boost efficiency and empower cooperatives to play a more impactful role in rural development and agricultural growth in the region.
