The annual general meeting (AGM) of Tirupati Urban Cooperative Bank Ltd was recently held at Chatrapati Nagar, reports local media outlets. The meeting, presided over by the Chairman, featured CEO Ram Diwakar presenting the annual report for FY 2023-24.
The bank, with 16 branches in Vidarbha and Navi Mumbai, achieved a net profit of Rs 4.16 crore and a mixed business of over Rs 1,000 crore.
Vice Chairman Ramesh Borkute and several directors attended, with Director Rajubhau Lohe proposing the vote of thanks.
