Telangana State Cooperative Urban Banks Federation successfully conducted a specialized training program on ‘General Banking & Business Development’ for Rajadhani Urban Cooperative Bank recently. The session was well-attended, with all 41 staff members participating.
The program covered essential banking topics, including Banking History, Negotiable Instruments Act-1881, Banking Regulation Act-1949, KYC & Anti-Money Laundering, Types of Accounts, Principles of Lending, and various Loan & Security types.
President of the Federation Vemireddy Narasimha Reddy, and MD & CEO of Rajadhani UCB, P. Adinarayana Reddy, lauded the initiative, especially for being conducted on a holiday (2nd Saturday), allowing full staff participation. The program concluded with the distribution of certificates to participants.
This training underscores the Federation’s commitment to enhancing banking expertise and professional development within cooperative banks.
