Mumbai based SVC Co-operative Bank was honoured with awards in the Bharat Ratna Sahakarita Samman 2024, in the Indian cooperative banking sector.
The Bank has been honoured with awards in three distinct categories, Best Chairperson of the Year, Best Woman Leader of the Year, and Best Cybersecurity Initiative of the Year.
Mr. Sumnesh Joshi, Deputy Director General (Joint Secretary Level) – Ministry of Communications and IT Government of India gave away awards to the bank. The awards ceremony took place on May 22, 2024 at Mumbai.
In a Facebook post, SVC Bank wrote, “The Bank takes this opportunity to thank its valued Shareholders, Customers and Employees for their never-ending support and affection without which this achievement wouldn’t have been possible”, the bank said.
