Biscomaun Chairman Sunil Kumar Singh filed his nomination papers from Rashtriya Janata Dal for the election of Bihar’s Legislative Council in the presence of Tejashwi Yadav on Wednesday. The election is scheduled for 6th July.
Sharing photos and information through WhatsApp with Indian Cooperative Singh wrote, “Filed the nomination papers for the election of Bihar’s Legislative Council from Rashtriya Janata Dal”.
Sunil sought the blessings of former Chief Minister and wife of Lalu Yadav on the occasion. The other two RJD candidates for MLC are Farukh Sheikh and Prof Rambali Singh.
Readers would recall that the elections for the 9 seats of Bihar Legislative Council will be held on 6th July. Scrutiny of the nominations will be done on June 26 and withdrawal of candidature will be allowed till June 29.
