Union Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Minister Radha Mohan Singh has allocated a fund of Rs 2.5 Crore for the development of Sugarcane enterprises in Motipur, Bihar.
Singh made this announcement last week while on inspection tour of the Sugarcane Research and Breeding institute in Motipur.
He said two agriculture scientists had been appointed in Motipur to develop new strains of Sugarcane.
On this Occasion Director A.D.Pathak, Dr Ram Ji Lal, Dr. Shivnayak Singh, Dr A.K.Singh and others were present.
