Inaugurating the online training program for the employees of the Souharda cooperatives of Shimoga recently, B H Krishna Reddy, President, KSSFCL said cooperatives in our country have played a vital role in building the national economy and will do so in the future as well.
The employees of the Souharda cooperative should be thorough in guiding and giving services to their members, he remarked. Karnataka State Souharda Federal Cooperative ltd. organized a two-day online training program for the Shivamoga Souharda Cooperatives.
The online program was presided over by S. R. Prasanna Kumar, Director, KSSFCL. Dr. Nandish V Hiremath, Corporate Trainer gave a lecture on Business Development Plan. 114 participants attended the online training program.
On the second day of the event Krishna Reddy and Dr Nandish V Hiremath, Corporate Trainer, gave a lecture on Team Building and effective communication. About 106 participants attended the training program.
