Karnataka state Souharda federal cooperative celebrated its 21st Souharda Sahakari on the first day of the new year 2021. The Souharda flag was hosted by B H Krishna Reddy, President of KSSFCL.
Speaking on the occasion, Reddy said the main intention of the celebrations was to popularize the cooperative movement with the general public. The federal cooperative was working continuously to develop the cooperative sector and make the Souharda Cooperative a model in the country.
The provisions of the Souharda Act of Karnataka have been amended as per the 97th constitutional amendment, he said. He further said, on this day, let us pledge to work for qualitative growth of Souharda Cooperative Movement in Karnataka.
Reddy said that every individual employee was accountable for all the activities of the Souharda Movement and the Souharda Federal, informs a press release. After the flag hoisting ceremony, all the staff members of the Souharda federal sang the Sahakara Geethe.
