A cooperative awareness rally was organised in Siruguppa town of Bellary district to mark the Silver Jubilee celebrations, in collaboration with Karnataka State Souharda Federal Cooperative Ltd. (KSSFCL), Bengaluru, and all Souharda cooperatives of the district.
The cooperative flag was hoisted by senior cooperative member N. G. Basavarajappa, President of the Siruguppa Rice Mill Owners Association. The event witnessed the presence of chief guests K. Naganagoudru, Chartered Accountant, and Suryakant Ryakalay, Regional Officer.
The programme was presided over by Hanumanthaiyya Shetty, Director, KSSFCL. More than 330 cooperative members and representatives participated in the rally, highlighting the importance of the cooperative movement and its role in strengthening local economies. The event aimed to spread awareness about cooperative principles and encourage greater community participation in the Souharda sector.
