Singh launches IFFCO Bazar in Champaran

Union Agriculture Minister Radha Mohan Singh inaugurated IFFCO Bazar at Jagdishpur in the district of Western Chamaparan in Bihar on Monday.

Singh posted a photograph of the same on social media and tweeted in Hindi “speaking at the function of inauguration of IFFCO Bazar and farmers’ meet at Jagdishpur.”

Following Singh, soon after IFFCO MD Dr U S Awasthi informed about the inauguration of IFFCO Bazar in Jagdishpur to his followers through tweeting about this.

Earlier, Radha Mohan Singh had inaugurated IFFCO Bazar in his home district Motihari in Bihar. Several of IFFCO officials were present on the occasion.

IFFCO aims to reach out to remote areas through this Bazar. A number of such Bazars are being opened across states, said one of the officials.

The Company was incorporated on 26th February, 2004 in the name of ‘IFFCO Kisan Bazar Limited’ with the object to provide a one stop shop for farmers catering to their requirements of fertilizers, seeds, agro chemicals, pesticides and agricultural tools etc.”
