The Sikkim State Cooperative Cadre has extended heartfelt gratitude to Chief Minister Prem Singh Tamang (Golay) for appointing Smt. Jabi Thapa from the Cooperative Cadre as Secretary to head the Department of Cooperation.
The cadre described the decision as a significant and progressive step that reflects the government’s firm commitment to empowering officers who have risen through the cooperative system.
Expressing appreciation, the cadre also thanked Minister for Cooperation Arun Kumar Upreti for his continued support towards strengthening the cooperative movement in the state.
The move, they noted, will inspire cooperative officers and members across Sikkim to work with renewed dedication towards building a self-reliant and inclusive cooperative ecosystem.
