In a bid to streamline the recovery process and strengthen accountability across multi-state cooperative societies, the Central Registrar of Cooperative Societies has begun authorizing the appointment of Sale Officers within respective societies.
In line with this initiative, two senior officers have been appointed as “Sale Officers” for Beed (Maharashtra) based Shri Mangalnath Multi State Cooperative Credit Society.
The official order, dated April 21, 2025, was issued under Section 97 of the Multi-State Co-operative Societies Act, 2002, and signed by Anand Kumar Jha, Central Registrar of Cooperative Societies.
The appointments follow a formal request made by the society on April 8, 2025. As per the order, Ravindra Kanade, Chief Executive Officer, has been assigned 17 cases, while Shendge Narayan Trimbak, General Manager, has been assigned 40 cases.
Their appointment as Sale Officers is valid for a period of two years from the date of the order or until further instructions are issued, whichever is earlier.
This strategic move is intended to boost operational efficiency and ensure effective management and resolution of pending cases within the society’s jurisdiction.
