In a smooth electoral process, the elections to the Board of Directors of Mumbai headquartered Shivsahyadri Sahakari Patpedhi (Multi-State) have concluded unopposed and have been officially approved by the Cooperative Election Authority.
With the board now constituted, the society is set to proceed with the election of office bearers, for which the next date will be announced shortly.
The 13-member board comprises 10 directors from the general category, two women representatives, and one seat reserved for the SC/ST category.
The elected directors from the general category include Nandkumar Gore, Shantaram Jedhe, Anandrao Kadam, Ravindra Kranjavkar, Tukaram Mane, Vasant Nikam, Bharat Pimple, Mahesh Ranjankar, Dhanaji Sabale, and Chandrakant Wangade. The women’s representation includes Reshma Jambhale and Daya Shelar, while the SC/ST category is represented by Archana Kamble.
Shivsahyadri Sahakari Patpedhi is widely regarded as one of Maharashtra’s leading cooperative credit societies. Under the dynamic leadership of its founder chairman Dnyaneshwar B. Wangde, the society has consistently expanded its footprint and now boasts a business mix exceeding Rs 1,800 crore.
