Maharashtra’s leading credit cooperative society-Shivkrupa Sahakari Patpedhi performed well on all the financial parameters in the 2023-24 FY, as its business mix exceeded Rs 4500 crore and earned a net profit to the tune of Rs 32.25 crore.
The society’s deposits increased from Rs 2,459 crore (2022-23) to Rs 2,657 crore as of 31st March 2024 whereas loan portfolio rose from Rs 1,805 crore to Rs 1,932 crore.
The business mix of the society stood at Rs 4,589 crore in the 2023-24 FY.
The authorized share capital and paid up share capital stood at Rs 250 crore and Rs 153 crore as of 31st March 2024.
The society has a total of 102 branches in Mumbai, Thane, Palghar, Navi Mumbai, Raigad, Pune, Satara, Sangli, Ratnagiri, Nashik, Solapur and Kolhapur.
The Shivkrupa Credit Cooperative Society was established in 1982 with 520 members with 25,000 share capital but as on 31st March 2024, there were 4.32 lakh members with Rs 153 crore.
