Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah will address the program organized on the 42nd foundation day of Nabard at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi today i.e. on Wednesday.
Sharing the news through his twitter wall on Tuesday, Shah wrote, “Will address the program organized on the 42nd Foundation Day of NABARD at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi tomorrow”.
The key highlights of the program include, distribution of Micro-ATMs to Milk Societies and distribution of KCC Rupay Credit Cards to Dairy Farmers.
The program will be live streaming at the official twitter handle of Nabard. On this occasion, the representatives of State Cooperative Banks, District Central Cooperative Banks, PACS and others will be present.
NABARD came into existence on 12 July 1982 by transferring the agricultural credit functions of RBI and refinance functions of the then Agricultural Refinance and Development Corporation (ARDC).
