Shiv Sena has come down heavily on BJP for not acting against the RBI governor and heads of banks who have allowed big businessmen to loot banks and flee the country, according to Sena’s mouthpiece Saamna.
The Sena also asked BJP to explain Ahmedabad District Cooperative Bank’s shady transactions immediately after demonetization. Sena has accused Piyush Goyal of discriminating between cooperative banks and applying different sets of rules while dealing with DCCBs across the country.
The editorial has criticized the Modi government for, demonetization, RBI’s lacklustre performance, the country’s economic crisis and last but not least for allowing big business to plunder public money with impunity.
