Udupi district court has granted anticipatory bail to those involved in the scam in Udupi’s Kamalakshi multipurpose co-operative society, according to The Hindu reports.
The Judge granted anticipatory bail to Society’s directors B.V. Balakrishna and his wife B. Sujatha and manager Asha Rao.
The allegation is that they have swindled customers’ deposited amount.
