The National Cooperative Union of India (NCUI) on Friday accorded a warm and dignified farewell to two of its senior officers, Smt. Savitri Singh, Deputy Chief Executive, and Ved Prakash Setia, Executive Director, on the occasion of their retirement.
A retirement function was held on Friday at 4:00 p.m. in the NCUI Boardroom in a cordial and respectful atmosphere. Dr. Sudhir Mahajan, IAS (Retd.), Chief Executive, NCUI, felicitated the retiring officers in recognition of their distinguished and dedicated services to the organisation. They were honoured with bouquets, shawls, mementoes, and retirement certificates.
Dr. Mahajan extended his best wishes to both officers for a happy, healthy, and fulfilling retired life. He also urged the officials present to continue working with dedication and strive for continuous improvement to further strengthen NCUI.
Ashish Dwivedi, Executive Director (Personnel), highlighted the long tenure, significant contributions, and professional achievements of both officers, appreciating their leadership and commitment to the institution.
Sharing their experiences, Smt. Savitri Singh and Ved Prakash Setia expressed gratitude to NCUI and their colleagues for the support and cooperation extended to them throughout their careers.
The programme was coordinated by Anant Dubey, Deputy Director, NCUI, and concluded on a warm and respectful note, reflecting the organisation’s appreciation and goodwill towards the retiring officers.
