Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot on Saturday has rubbished Union minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat move to file a defamation case against him in connection with the Sanjivani cooperative society scam, media reports say.
Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat filed a criminal complaint before a Delhi court accusing Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot of defaming him with remarks on the Sanjivani scam.
The Rajasthan chief minister has accused the Union minister of being involved in the scam. Gehlot urged the prime minister and the union minister of cooperation to take action against Shelhawat.
Gehlot has also written to the ED to investigate the matter without delay.
