On the occasion of its board meeting the agri cooperative Nafed felicitated NCUI President Dileep Sanghani on Wednesday. This was the first Board meeting at Nafed which he attended after being elected as the NCUI President. Most of the Nafed board members were in attendance.
Sanghani was given a shawl and a bouquet of flowers.
Sharing the news through social media, Nafed Vice Chairman and Biscomaun Chairman Dr Sunil Kumar Singh wrote on his facebook wall in Hindi, “Hon’ble President of National Cooperative Federation of India Shri Dilip Sanghani ji was felicitated on behalf of the entire board in the board meeting of Nafed held on 28-07-21”.
In his indomitable style Sunil further wrote “But you cannot make out from the picture if we are felicitating him or vice-versa ; such is his simplicity. No wonder even Honorable Prime Minister Modi is his admirer”, he wrote.
Later talking to Indian Cooperative Sunil said that Sanghani has emerged as a reliable bridge between cooperative and the govt. Earlier, seeking an audience with the PM was a tough call for co-operators but Sanghani has made it so easy for us now, Sunil underlined.
