Amreli (Gujarat) District Cooperative Bank Chairman Dileepbhai Sanghani directed the board members of the bank to ask PACS in their areas to amend bye-laws for undertaking various activities.
While addressing the board meeting on Tuesday, Sanghani said with the amendments in the bye-laws, PACS can do various businesses to make themselves viable.
They can open a petrol pump, Jan Aushadhi Centre, Common Service Centres and others, said Sanghani who is also the President of National Cooperative Union of India.
