In a proud achievement for the cooperative banking sector, Rani Channamma Mahila Sahakari Bank (RCMS Bank), headquartered in Belgaum, has been honoured as the Best Profit-Making Bank in Belagavi District for 2025.
The award was presented on Tuesday during the 72nd All India Cooperative Week celebrations held in Haveri by the Karnataka State Urban Cooperative Banks Federation, Bengaluru.
The accolade recognises RCMS Bank’s consistent financial performance, strong governance, and sustained efforts in promoting inclusive banking services, particularly empowering women entrepreneurs and customers.
The felicitation was received by the bank’s Chairperson, Preeti Kore Daddwad, highlighting her leadership in steering the bank toward growth and social impact.
The event was graced by eminent personalities from the cooperative banking sector, including NAFCUB Chairman Emeritus H. K. Patel, along with leading officials and stakeholders from Karnataka’s cooperative banking community.
During Coop Kumbh 2025 held in New Delhi, inaugurated by Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah, RCMS Bank’s Professional Director, Ms. Beena Achar, highlighted the bank’s inspiring journey, which has gained national recognition within the cooperative movement.
