The Annual General Meeting of Sikkim based Rakdong Tintek MPCS Ltd was held under the Chairmanship of its president at the Gram Prashasan Kendra on Tuesday.
The existing committee on its completion of the tenure was dissolved and a new 7 member committee was elected which will be headed by its new president.
This was followed by reading and approval of the audit report for the co-operative year 2023-24 by the general body.
Guests included Departmental officials led by Addl.RCS – Gangtok. The Branch Manager -SISCO Bank Ltd. on the invitation of the Department held its Financial Literacy Camp during the AGM.
Various schemes from the Ministry of Cooperation (MoC) for the Primary Agricultural Cooperative Societies (PACS’s) were discussed at length in the AGM.
A vote of thanks was moved on the completion of the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
