Rajasthan’s Four Co-op Officials shortlisted for IAS Interview

In a significant development for the cooperative sector, four senior officers from cooperative institutions in Rajasthan have been shortlisted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) for interview for induction into the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) through the Non-SCS selection route.

As per official communication issued by the Department of Personnel, Government of Rajasthan, the State Government has forwarded the names of these officers to the UPSC for consideration by the Selection Committee for preparation of the Select List of 2024.

The shortlisted officers from the cooperative sector are Balvinder Singh, Managing Director, Central Co-operative Bank Ltd., Kota; Kartikeya Misra, Technical Assistant to the Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Rajasthan; Murar Singh Jadawat, Managing Director, Cooperative Press, Jaipur; and Ranjeet Singh Chundawat, Director, Rajasthan Institute of Co-operative Education and Management (RICEM), Jaipur.

The UPSC has scheduled the Selection Committee Meeting and interviews on 22 and 23 December 2025 at its headquarters, Dholpur House, Shahjahan Road, New Delhi.

The officers concerned have been advised to report at the designated time and venue and to prepare in accordance with the indicative syllabus prescribed by the Commission.
