Rajasthan Cooperation Minister Gautam Kumar Dak announced a One-Time Settlement (OTS) Scheme-2024 for the borrowers of all District Central Cooperative Banks, Apex Bank, Gram Seva Sahkari Samitis and LAMPS in the state.
This scheme covers all types of agricultural and non-agricultural loans that had become overdue as of March 31, 2020, and were classified as “Bad and Doubtful” as of March 31, 2023.
The minister also stated that the scope of the scheme has been expanded to include not only individuals but also joint Hindu families, proprietorships, partnership firms, private limited companies, cooperative institutions, and self-help groups.
The scheme will remain in effect until March 31, 2025.
