PTI reports the Rajasthan govt has allocated a fund of Rs 500 crore in Rajasthan State Cooperative Bank in a bid to ensure disbursement of bank loans to farmers up to Rs 20 lakh on export of organic agri products and up to Rs 10 lakh on solar power plant.
The state government has also set aside Rs 1,000 crore Farmers Welfare Fund to offer them better prices for agricultural produce and enhance their income.
The Rajasthan Chief Minister launched the welfare fund at ‘Kisan Sammelan’ held recently on completion of one year of the Congress government.
