Rajasthan Cooperation Minister Gautam Dak chaired a high-level departmental review meeting at the Apex Bank Auditorium on Wednesday, taking stock of key developments in the state’s cooperative sector.
The review covered preparedness for procurement under the Minimum Support Price (MSP) system, progress of audits in cooperative societies, conduct of general body meetings, and disposal of pending cases under Sections 55 and 57 of the Cooperative Act. Matters related to public grievance redressal, implementation of departmental schemes, and progress on budget announcements were also discussed in detail.
Emphasizing efficiency, Dak directed officials to expedite pending work and ensure transparency at all levels. He stressed timely execution and accountability in delivering results.
The meeting was attended by Secretary and Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Anandi, along with RAJFED Managing Director Bachnesh Kumar Agrawal and other senior officials.
Reiterating the state government’s commitment, Dak said strengthening the cooperative sector remains a key priority to ensure maximum benefits for farmers and the general public.
