Punjab News Express reports Punjab cooperative minister Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa recently visited the head office of the UP cooperative bank in Lucknow to familiarize himself with the model of computerization as applied in the state.
Accompanied by top cooperative officials including the Registrar, Cooperative Societies, the Punjab minister given a presentation by the UP Government about the computerization of Apex societies and Primary Agricultural Credit Societies (PACS).
The Minister also visited the District cooperative Bank at Barabanki as well as the Jyoli Sahakari Society and praised the UP govt’s efforts aimed to modernize the Cooperative sector.
