Maharashtra based Pune Peoples Co-operative Bank has received another national-level recognition by winning the “Best Customer Service Initiative” award at the 10th All India Urban Co-operative Banking Summit and Awards 2026, held on May 8 and 9 at The Westin Pune Koregaon Park.
The summit witnessed participation from around 100 urban cooperative banks, banking experts, and industry leaders from across the country.
The award was accepted on behalf of the bank by Chairman Shridhar Gaikwad, Vice Chairman Bipinkumar Shah, Board of Management Chairman Adv. Subhash Mohite, senior directors Janardan Randive, Subhash Nade and Vishwanath Jadhav, CEO Dr. Sanjay Ghodke, and IT Head Kailas Pawar.
Speaking on the occasion, Chairman Shridhar Gaikwad said the honour reflects the collective efforts of the bank’s members, customers, officers, and employees. He added that the bank remains committed to delivering transparent and technology-driven banking services while expanding outreach during its Amrit Mahotsav year.
