On the occasion of the 44th Foundation Day of NABARD, the Pune District Central Cooperative Bank was awarded the “Best Performance in DCC Bank Category” for its exceptional performance during the financial year 2023–24.

The award ceremony was held on Saturday at the Yashwantrao Chavan Academy of Development Administration (YASHADA), Pune.

The award was presented by Union Minister of State for Cooperation Muralidhar Mohol and was received by Prof. Dr. Digambar Durgade, Chairman; Sunil Chandere, Vice Chairman; and Aniruddha Desai, Chief Executive Officer of the bank.

PDCC Bank was recognized for its remarkable achievements across multiple parameters, including deposits, advances, recovery, net profit, net worth, provisioning, and NPA management.

With a business growth rate of 22.10% in FY 2023–24, the bank has emerged as one of the leading cooperative banks in the country.

In the financial year 2024–25, the bank has reported total deposits of Rs 14,767 crore, advances of Rs 12,059 crore, and an overall business turnover of Rs 26,826 crore. Notably, the bank has zero net NPAs, and all its 294 branches are running in profit.

Adding to its accolades, PDCC Bank became the only cooperative bank in Maharashtra to timely submit interest rebate and subsidy data for its affiliated cooperative societies for FY 2024–25 on the KRP portal of the Central Government, earning it national-level recognition.
