Giving in to pressure from agitating students, the Puducherry government will soon shift the Cooperative College of Education to the premises of the NSC Bose Government High School, reports The Hindu.
It is worth mentioning that the students of the Cooperative College recently organized a protest urging authorities to move the college to a bigger premises as suggested by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and the Pondicherry University (PU).
Education minister Namassivayam said the cooperative college would start functioning from the new premises without delay.
