Addressing the 38th AGM of KRIBHCO, its Chairman Chandra Pal Singh Yadav said that Kribhco Infrastructure Limited (KRIL) generated a revenue of Rs 142 crore last year. The same KRIL has entered into agreement with a govt PSU called Corporation of India (CONCOR) for handling of EXIM traffic, reports a news outlet from Udaipur.

According to the agreement CONCOR will operate & manage the Bonded Area at KRIL’s Terminal at Modinagar in the state of Uttar Pradesh. This will help to promote and meet the growing needs of Exports/Imports business situated in its hinterland.

Though primarily a fertilizer co-op, some of the Kribhco’s joint ventures and subsidiaries are reported to be doing brisk business. In the AGM Yadav informed that Kribhco received US $ 11.75 million as dividend from OMIFCO and generated a revenue of Rs 142 crore from KRIL, Yadav added.

CONCOR is a Public Sector Undertaking, under Ministry of Indian Railways which was incorporated in March 1988 under the Companies Act, and commenced operation from November 1989 taking over the existing network of 7 ICDs from the Indian Railways.
