Despite pressure from the BJP, Nitish Kumar retained the Home Department, a position he has held since 2005.
Deputy Chief Ministers Samrat Choudhary and Vijay Kumar Singh will handle nine departments each, covering crucial areas such as finance, health, industries, road construction, agriculture, and Revenue and Land Reforms.
