Delhi High Court has asked the Centre and the RBI to respond to a plea seeking release of Rs 5 lakh to depositors of the scam-hit PMC Bank to enable them take care of their health during the corona pandemic, reports Live Mint.
The court asked them to file replies before August 19. A consumer rights Bejori Kumar Mishra has moved an application before the court.
It is said scores of depositors of the bank have allegedly committed suicides.
