The Senate of Pennsylvania, through State Senator Marty Flynn, has extended a special Congratulatory Letter to Tejas Bipinchandra Patel, Chairman of the Kheda District Central Co-operative Bank. The proclamation recognizes Patel’s outstanding leadership and his transformative contributions to India’s co-operative banking sector.
Senator Flynn lauded the bank’s adoption of modern digital innovations, including WhatsApp Banking, QR-based payments, AEPS, Public Bank services, and an advanced Document Management System (DMS), which have enhanced operational efficiency and strengthened the bank’s identity.
Under Patel’s guidance, the bank has significantly reduced Non-Performing Assets (NPAs) and promoted self-employment programs, creating substantial jobs and bolstering economic empowerment in the community.
The commendation highlights that the co-operative banking model championed by Patel is gaining global recognition, attracting interest from international delegations.
