Taking a dim view of RBI’s assessment of urban co-operative banks, NCP chief Sharad Pawar said the banks helped the common people so the center should support them, reports PTI.
Pawar said this while addressing a press conference in Nanded in Maharashtra.
Reacting to Pawar’s view on urban co-operative banks, a leading cooperator from Maharashtra described UCBs as crucial to the success of the cooperative movement.
