The 12th edition of the Inter Unit Cultural Festival (IUCF) 2025 of Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative Limited (IFFCO) came to a grand close, with the Paradip Unit clinching the overall championship trophy. The IFFCO Head Office & Marketing Unit secured the Runner-Up position in this vibrant display of talent and unity.
The cultural baton was formally handed over to the next host, as the announcement was made that IUCF-2027 will be organized at the iconic Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi.
Held for the first time at Paradeep, the week-long festival concluded with a heartfelt and vibrant closing ceremony, attended by several dignitaries, including Dr. U. S. Awasthi, Managing Director of IFFCO.
Special recognition was given to young talents: three children were awarded the “Sarv Shreshth Performer” title, and four children received the “Shreshth Performer” awards for their exceptional contributions during IUCF-2025.
In his concluding remarks, Dr. Awasthi, who also distributed the prizes, reflected on the journey of IUCF. “I started this festival in 2005 so that employees from all IFFCO units could come together, showcase their talent, and build lasting bonds,” he said. “The success of this festival and the strength of the Paradip unit stand as a testimony to that foresight.”
