PACS trainees visit KRIBHCO for Practical Exposure

As part of its ongoing training programme, the National Cooperative Union of India (NCUI), through the National Cooperative Capacity Building and Training Centre (NCCE), organised a study visit to KRIBHCO on January 23, 2026, for participants from Primary Agricultural Credit Societies (PACS) of West Bengal.

The visit provided participants with hands-on exposure to cooperative best practices through detailed interactions with KRIBHCO officials. The trainees visited soil and seed testing laboratories and attended technical sessions on soil health management, innovation, and sustainable agricultural practices. The programme aimed to strengthen practical understanding and enhance the operational capacities of PACS functionaries.

The study visit concluded with the distribution of certificates by Smt. Savitri Singh, Deputy Chief Executive, NCUI. A vote of thanks was proposed by Amita Kumari, Assistant Director, NCCE. Participants expressed positive feedback and appreciated NCUI’s initiative in facilitating experiential learning.
