A cooperative official in AP is quoted as saying those PACS that were not disbursing crop loans to tenant farmers without documents, securities and reference should be shut down.

Meanwhile top cooperative officials are visiting PACS and reviewing loans being disbursed by them across the state.Ever since it has come to light that those without land documents are denied loans, officials have begun pressuring PACS to give loans to the actual tillers of land.
Sources say it is those who own land rather than those who actually till the land are being favored with crop loans.
