Leader of Opposition Tika Ram Jully has accused the BJP government in Rajasthan of playing a “double game” with victims of the Adarsh Credit Cooperative Society scam, media reports say.
He alleged a conflict of interest involving Additional Advocate General Shivmangal Sharma, claiming his law firm represents the state in the Supreme Court while also appearing for a co-accused, Siddharth Chauhan, in a related Delhi High Court case.
The allegations have raised fresh concerns over legal transparency and the state’s handling of the high-profile cooperative scam matter.
