A one-day training programme for dairy cooperative societies was successfully organised on Saturday, under the joint aegis of Indore Sahakari Dugdh Sangh Maryadit and Zila Sahakari Sangh Maryadit Barwani at the District Cooperative Central Bank, Sendhwa.
The session featured expert guidance from D.P. Tyagi, Manager of Khargone Dugdh Sahakari Sangh Maryadit; Manoj Tak, Audit Officer, Cooperative Department; Dr. Vishal from the Animal Husbandry Department; and Omkar Yadav, Chief Executive Officer of the union.
Tyagi highlighted clean milk production, increasing milk yield, animal care, and rearing improved breeds. Dr. Vishal shared insights on livestock management and government schemes, while Tak explained cooperative by-laws. Mrs. Kunta Chauhan briefed participants on union schemes, and bank official Ankit Sharma discussed banking services and livestock financing.
Around 50 dairy farmers attended the programme, which concluded with a vote of thanks by Omkar Yadav. The event ended in a cordial atmosphere, with lunch arranged for participants.
