The Reserve Bank of India has extended the Directions to the Adoor Co-operative Urban Bank Ltd, Adoor, Kerala for a further period of three months. The UCB was first placed under Direction on November 2. 2018.
The Directions have been extended from time to time with the last one extended up to September 09, 2021. This shall continue to apply to the bank for a further period of three months, from September 10, 2021 to December 09, 2021, subject to review, says RBI in a press release.
Other terms and conditions of the Directive under reference, as modified from time to time, shall remain unchanged.
