There had been a ban on the increment and perpetuation of the employees recruited in the cooperatives during the regime of Samajwadi Party in Uttar Pradesh.
The ban had been imposed on different dates by the managing directors of the concerned cooperatives. By issuing an order to the Cooperative Rural Development Bank on 31 July, the increment and stabilization of the employees of the 2015-16 batch had been stopped.
In fact, the SIT investigation is still underway on the recruitment made in other cooperatives including District Cooperative Banks, Cooperative Rural Development Bank and PCF from 2012 to 2017 in the SP government.
