Niti Aayog Senior Advisor Dr Neelam Patel visited the Shree Sorath Mahila Vikas Sahakari Mandali in Kodinar town located in the Gir Somnath district of Gujarat.
During her visit, she discussed the challenges being faced in the village, including the fisheries sector, Women empowerment, Credit availability of agriculture, and the allied sector.
The Mandali which boasts over 1100 women farmers has been instrumental in ushering in social & economic development in the region.
