rajiv gandhi cooperative training collegeRajiv Gandhi Cooperative Training College, Teylorabad at Port Blair has introduced a Junior diploma course in Cooperative Management for undergraduates. Inaugurating the course, Mr Kuldeep Rai Sharma said a cooperative is a business association owned and operated by a group of persons for their combined (joint) profit.

A cooperative is a lawful entity owned and democratically controlled by its associates. Members often have a close organization with the project as producers or consumers of its products or services, or as its employees, and the students will get extensive knowledge on all these matters and points after going through the Junior Diploma course in Cooperative Management.

The aspirants will also learn that the most important resource in a cooperative is people. The success of all phases of the business depends on competent personnel working together smoothly and efficiently, Mr. Sharma explained.

At the outset the faculty Amees Khalique welcomed the guests and briefed about the Rajiv Gandhi Co-op Training College and its activities.

Directors Swaran Singh, Rizwan and General Secretary Anant Rao addressed the students and urged them to work for the betterment of the Cooperative Movement.
