The Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry & Dairying has officially extended the term of the additional charge of the post of Chairman of the National Dairy Development Board (NDDB) held by Meenesh C. Shah.
In this regard, a Gazette notification was released on 15th May 2025.
The extension is for a further period of one year, effective from 1st January 2025, or until a regular appointment is made, or until further orders, whichever occurs first.
This decision has been taken under the powers granted by the National Dairy Development Board Act, 1987, and amends the earlier notification issued on 5th December 2024.
Meenesh C. Shah will continue to oversee the strategic initiatives and operations of NDDB, which plays a crucial role in India’s dairy development and cooperative movement.
