As part of the initiatives marking the International Year of Cooperatives 2025, the National Dairy Development Board (NDDB), in collaboration with LINAC–National Cooperative Development Corporation (NCDC), organized a Business Management and Strategic Planning Training Programme from 26 to 28 November 2025 at LINAC, Gurugram.
The three-day programme focused on strengthening managerial capabilities, enhancing strategic decision-making, and improving operational efficiency within cooperative dairy institutions. A total of 20 officers from four key Bihar milk unions-Kosi, Nalanda, Tirhut, and Vikramshilla-participated in the training.
The sessions covered contemporary management practices, supply-chain strategies, cooperative governance, and long-term planning tools aimed at helping unions improve member services and expand their market presence.
