NCUI organized a touching farewell for the senior most Executive Director Dr K.N. Sinha at his superannuation from the services on Monday i.e. 31st January, 2022. Several officials led by NCUI’s CE Dr Sudhir Mahajan were present on the occasion and paid glowing tributes to a man who put in the prime of his youth (24 years) in the apex body of co-operatives in the country.
Dr. Sinha began his career from the position of Dy. Director, NCUI in 1998. He handled various divisions during his long career. Some of the divisions were- NCCE, Projects, International Relations, Pub./P.R., GCP, Rajbhasha, etc.
Speaking on the occasion Mahajan said Dr. Sinha had a blemish less work record in the NCUI, which is an achievement for any employee. He hoped that Dr. Sinha’s good attributes would be emulated by the employees of NCUI.
Emotional on the occasion, Dr Sinha said that during his tenure, he tried to learn from everyone, including MTS. He profusely expressed thanks to all for their support during his long career.
Some of the employees of NCUI also shared their experiences of working with Dr. Sinha. They highlighted his qualities like discipline, sticking to rules and regulations, etc. The programme was moderated by Ritesh Dey. Vote of thanks was given by Savitri Singh, Executive Director, NCCE.
