The apex body of cooperatives NCUI’s training wing NCCE organized a 3-day’ Leadership Development Program (LDP) for Chairpersons/Directors of State/District Coop Unions of India last week at NCCE, New Delhi.
The participants of the training program were taken to Kribhco for a study tour.
During the study tour, Dr Rakesh Yadav, DGM, Kribhco gave a detailed account about the working of the organization, its role in coops, how it works on govt schemes & the processes of KRIBHCO membership etc.
On this occasion, Kribhco Asst. Manager Manoj Reddy gave an elaborate presentation on KRIBHCO.
After the interactive session, the participants visited KRIBHCO Soil Testing Lab & had discussions with Sharvan Kumar, Chief Manager (Mktg) & Neeraj Nagar, DM (Mktg), KRIBHCO, on key points about soil testing.
They also visited KRIBHCO Seed Lab, where PK Awasthi, Sr. Manager, KRIBHCO, informed about the stages involved in seed testing, its importance, the role of KRIBHCO & details of procedures & guidelines involved in seed testing.
At present, the seeds of soybean, wheat, gram, mustard & moong crops are being tested at the Seed Testing Laboratory at Noida.
