The National Cooperative Dairy Federation of India (NCDFI), in collaboration with the Sikkim State Cooperative Union (SICUN), organized a three-day Sensitisation and Capacity Building Programme for senior dairy cooperative officials at SICUN’s conference hall in Assam Lingzey.

Dr. Mangal Jit Rai, SICUN Chairman, emphasized the programme’s role in fostering collaboration and strengthening the cooperative movement. Sessions included Sustainable Farming and Marketing by Jiwan Sharma (SIMFED), Organic Dairy Farming by T.B. Ghatani (SMU), and Cooperative Governance & TYC 2025 by Jabi Thapa.
